• National standards for pediatric rst aid and CPR published by the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Public Health Association, and the National Resource Center for Health and Safety in Child Care and Early Education.
• Recommendations of the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Best Practices Guide: Fundamentals of a Workplace First-Aid Program.
• Established models, theories, and principles of instructional design and training development that have been integrated into HSI training program brands for more than 40 years.
